Memorize Macbeth's "Is this a dagger ..." soliloquy. You will PERFORM this speech in front of the class on Friday. You will be graded on characterization, vocal variety, and fluency. It will be important for you to express Macbeth's state of mind whether you are performing as a Scottish, Elizabethan England play or as a caveman from middle earth.... Anything you add to your performance will work to your benefit: costumes, props, music.
You should look over the scene you will perform with your partner. It does not need to be memorized, but your reading should have meaning and purpose.
